Business Policies

• Please book via email or phone call.

• If in error please leave a voicemail or email with your name, area of treatment, and day/time that is available to you for treatment and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

• A new client appointment is for all new clients to answer any questions about electrolysis followed by treating the area to get an idea of what kind of treatment plan is necessary. Each appointment is approximately 45 minutes.

• A new client should arrive 15 minutes early to ensure paperwork is filled out before the start of the appointment.

• Credit cards used for payment will be subject to a 3% processing fee.

• If you are late to your appointment you will be charged for the time you were scheduled for.

• Appointments canceled under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment. Marathon appointments canceled under 48-hour notice will also be charged 50% of the appointment.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment time.
